Chestnuts for Sale

Chestnuts are for sale right from our farm. Chestnut sales start about the first week of October through the second week of November each year. Buying chestnuts directly from the farm gets you the freshest chestnuts possible. We ship to anywhere in the USA. Fall harvest for 2010 is complete. The harvest was a small fraction of what was expected. We hope the harvest in 2011 brings a very nice crop of chestnuts for our customers.

We now have a chestnut cookbook available. The cookbook has 90 recipes and some great background on chestnut traditions. The book "Chestnut Cookbook: Recipes, Folklore and Practical Information" by Anne Bhagwandin is a great addtion to any chefs resource bank. The book sells for $12.95.

The Washington Chestnut Company offers fresh chestnuts and chestnut based products from its farm in Northwest Washington State. The chestnut farm is located about 6 miles northeast of Bellingham, WA on the Everson-Goshen Road. Our operations are first class. Our standards and business practices insure there is product available when you need it and competitively priced.
